Responsibilities
  • Comfortable cascading and operating HR tasks assigned by the Head of HR
  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations for the institution
  • Oversee payroll, employment matters, expatriate-related EPF/statutory requirements, and HR compliance
  • Support, improve performance management processes and statutory compliance for the institute
  • Handle employee relations, investigations, and escalation cases
Additional requirements
  • Strong hands‑on HR Operations & Generalist background
  • Familiarity with compensation & benefits, payroll, statutory matters (including expatriate compliance)
  • Experience in compliance‑heavy industries
  • Able to manage a team and act as the single point of contact for the HR Head
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources (added advantage)
  • Background in law/legal studies (added advantage)
