1. Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
3. Provide outstanding customer service and technical support to ensure client satisfaction.
4. Accurately forecast and report on sales activities and pipeline to the management team.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and new product/service offerings.

1. Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the chemical industry.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
3. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities to overcome objections.
4. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
