About Our client:

Our client is a multinational FMCG products manufacturing company in Malaysia who is looking to hire an experienced Supply Chain Finance Manager, who will be responsible for end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain finance matters for the company. The successful candidate will be supporting and reporting directly to the Financial Controller, based in both KL and Negeri Sembilan office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing and hands-on for end-to-end manufacturing costing along with any simulations required.
• Working closely with supply chain and operations team to identify cost saving and efficiency opportunities.
• Responsible for financial analytics, variance analysis and cost projections.
• Business partner to operations team and management team, looking into detailed analysis that includes CAPEX, ROI, P/L, etc.
• Responsible for inventory and working capital management.
• Active involvement in system and process improvements.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties and projects as and when required.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or professionally qualified accountant ie. ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant supply chain or manufacturing experience, with at least 2-3 years in leadership roles.
• Practical experience in SAP is a MUST.
• Possess strong critical thinking, people management and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and communication skills in English.
