A leading company is seeking a Customer Service Manager to ensure efficient handling of customer inquiries and defect complaints. The role involves scheduling inspections, preparing for VP meetings, and building strong relationships with unit owners and stakeholders. Ideal candidates should have experience in customer service, particularly in residential development.

To monitor & track all defect complaints of overall project in ensuring all defect complaints received is processed as per SOP
To attend to all critical unit owners/ urgent calls/ emails received include appointment scheduling (Inspection/ rectifcation), proposed solution to ensure cases are handle amicably
Respond to all incoming emails within set timeline
To consolidate & compile Frontdesk Bi-Weekly Reports, highlight areas of concern & propose mitigation plan
To manage Project VP :-
- Pre-VP Preparation: VP Scheduling & Appointment
- VP Execution: Key handover & briefing
- Post VP: owner's feedback
To engage and build good rapport with customers and stake holders.
Co-lead, monitor and guide front desk officers
