Job description

Process equipment Representative will be on top of all activities related to the following equipment:

  • Furnaces 60x
  • Furnaces 49x
  • and all their associated utilities, equipment and skids covering the preliminary design, detailed design, construction, field acceptance and technical acceptance.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with the supplier of the equipment:

  • Scope of Work
  • Input and output information
  • Schedule
  • Limit of supply
  • All necessary meetings
  • Ensure design is compliant with Rules (EHS, Ergonomics…) and local regulations

Coordinate internally:

  • Gather information to answer the supplier
  • Synchronize with Progress monitoring manager for main milestones of the equipment
  • Weekly & Monthly report to xP3 team
  • Coordinate with engineering company for technical aspects
  • Conduct rigorous safety assessments and risk analyses to identify and mitigate potential hazards jointly with HSE Officer.
  • Adhere and actively participate in occupational Safety, Health and Environmental; and Energy policies, procedures and activities such as I-See I-Act, general planned inspection, low carbon initiative, etc.
  • Adhere and comply with Business Ethics, Anti-Corruption, Flight Safety Management System, and others relevant policies, procedures and activities
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher in Mechanical, Process, or Chemical Engineering (or related field).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in engineering or equipment installation.
  • Familiarity with process equipment and technical specifications.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of P&ID, technical drawings, and equipment layout.
  • Experience working in manufacturing, oil & gas, or plant maintenance sectors
