About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Transport Coordinator to join the team at KMJ LOGISTICS SDN BHD' in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and optimising the company's transportation operations, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of goods to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

• Scheduling and dispatching vehicles to meet delivery requirements
• Liaising with clients to understand their transportation needs and preferences
• Monitoring vehicle movements and adjusting routes and schedules as needed to ensure on-time delivery
• Coordinating with the operations team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
• Maintaining accurate records of delivery information and key performance metrics
• Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement best practices
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing any transportation-related inquiries or concerns
