Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value of our CLQ solutions.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to secure contracts that align with company objectives.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals and ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or worker accommodation sectors.
- Strong understanding of the CLQ concept and its benefits to clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
