Job summary
A leading company in the food industry is seeking an Account Executive to manage financial accounts and ensure timely invoicing and collections. You will handle full sets of accounts, prepare financial statements, and assist in the year-end audit. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in accounting tasks and proficiency in MS Office and relevant accounting software.
Qualifications
- Years of experience as an Account Executive required.
- Clear understanding of invoicing and collection processes.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
Responsibilities
- Manage obligations to suppliers, customers, and vendors.
- Prepare cash flow projections and audit preparations.
- Reconcile financial statements and follow up on payments.

Responsibilities:
- Manage obligations to suppliers, customers, and third-party vendors.
- Handle full sets of accounts, including preparation.
- Reconcile financial statements, prepare, send, and store invoices.
- Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable.
- Use MS Excel, MS Office, and accounting software such as Unleashed, Xero, and Zoho; familiarity is an advantage.
- Prepare payments via Internet banking.
- Prepare weekly or monthly cash flow projections.
- Assist in year-end audit preparations.
- Perform any other duties assigned by superiors.
- Follow up with customers for collections via calls.
