A leading software solutions company is seeking an Implementation Consultant in Selangor, Malaysia. This hands-on, client-facing role involves leading the onboarding and delivery of EHS software solutions. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Computer Science or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in software development or implementation. Strong project management and technical skills are necessary, alongside experience with SQL and no-code solutions. Freshers are welcome to apply.
As an Implementation Consultant, you will be the face of Evotix for new clients, leading the onboarding, configuration, and delivery of our EHS software solutions. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their unique requirements, tailor our platform to their needs, and ensure a seamless transition from sales to successful adoption. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role that requires technical acumen, project management expertise, and a passion for delivering measurable value.
You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Support—to orchestrate smooth project delivery and drive continuous improvement. Your work will directly impact workplace safety outcomes for organizations across diverse industries, from manufacturing and construction to healthcare and education.
As a member of a multi‑disciplinary team, you will work as a part of the implementation team to deliver solutions configured with proprietary software that meet or exceed client expectations.
Participate in requirements gathering workshops.
Gather and analyze client needs and draft user functional requirements documents.
Configure solutions using proprietary software to suit client specific business process needs.
Perform system configuration of forms, web pages, reports, graphs, dashboards.
Undertake unit testing of all configuration & technical work completed.
Operate within the Support team as required to determine the likely cause of configuration or software issues, and provide a suitable solution to the identified issues.
Be accountable for the successful and timely delivery of all tasks.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent is preferred.
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Min 3 years of experience in either software application development, implementation or maintenance.
Experience or familiarity with no‑code/low‑code solutions (such as Salesforce and Zoho) is a great advantage.
Knowledge of writing simple and complex SQL queries and working on SQL server is preferred.
Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS5.
Strong IT/technical skills (MS Windows, MS SQL, MS IIS, integration tools, reporting tools, scheduling, networks and databases).
High quality written and verbal communication skills.
Critical thinking, analytical skill and strong attention to details.
Deadline‑oriented and able to multi‑task.
Able to work and learn independently, show accountability and a strong team player.
