Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google, TikTok and PPC platforms across targeted regions.
- Conduct audience research to refine targeting and evaluate desired outcomes for clients’ campaigns.
- Analyze performance trends, providing actionable recommendations to enhance ad performance.
- Identify new marketing channels to boost overall marketing effectiveness.
- Generate and present regular performance reports to key stakeholders.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment of performance marketing initiatives with overall marketing goals.
- Coordinate with partners on campaign planning, media buying, and budget allocation to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Performance or Digital Marketing (experience in the iGaming industry is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing tools and platforms.
- Expertise in social media marketing best practices, including content creation and copywriting.
- Up‑to‑date with industry trends and emerging digital technologies.
- Knowledge of SEO, website management, and cloaking techniques is an advantage.
- Highly creative with a passion for digital marketing and data‑driven optimization.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
