A leading manufacturing company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Head of Supply Integrated Planning. This critical role involves leading end-to-end supply chain planning operations across three manufacturing sites, integrating supply and demand planning, and optimizing planning processes using SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate must have over 10 years of experience, with strong leadership skills and expertise in process improvement, to enable effective supply chain functioning and business goals delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain/Planning leadership.
• At least 10 years in Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) and Master Production Scheduling (MPS).
• Minimum 3 years as Business Process Owner or key user in SAP ECC or S/4HANA.

WeareseekingadynamicandstrategicHeadofSupplyIntegratedPlanningtoleadourend-to-endsupplychainplanningoperationsacross3manufacturingsitesinMalaysia.

ThisroleiscriticalintegrationofSupply&DemandPlanning,aswellasProductionPlanningInventoryControl(MPS&InventoryManagement)operationsinwhichrequiredtransformationofworkprocessesalongwithSAPS/4HANAimplementationtoachievetheworldclassendtoendintegratedplanning.

TheroleisrequiredtoleadtheS&OP(DR&SRstream)byworkingcrossfunctionallywithotherstakeholderinensuringtherolling12->18monthsplanisestablishedandtomanageonriskportfolio.ToimplementtheS&OPExcellenceframeworkandcadenceforaconsolidatedoutputfromS&OPcycle.

Collaborateontheprocessimprovementfornewproductlaunchforbothin-house&OEMSKUs,toacceleratethecommercializationprocess.

KeyResponsibilities

• Responsible for end to end supply integrated planning: supply/distribution, production, material planning operations to deliver best service, inventory & cost.
• Establish,improve&sustaindaily,weekly,monthlyplanningexcellenceincollaborationwithDemandPlanning,Manufacturing,QA,Procurement,LogisticsR&Dandotherfunctions.
• Supportandmanagenewproductintroductionanddiscontinuationprocesswithbestservice/availability,optimalinventoryandlowestcost.
• MonitoringofMYInventoryManagement&performmonthlylongtermCapacityPlanning,JointlycoordinateoninventorytrackingofallmarketswithlocalmarketSIP.
• interventionstoensuresufficientresource&capacityacrosslineresourcesandmaterials.
• EnableWHATIFscenario(businessplan,operation,sourcingconstraints,etc.)anddecisionmakingthroughfacilitationofcost/cash/shipmentbenefitsanalysiswithmulti-functions.
• LeadandchampionPlanning/Operationsynchronization,simplification,losselimination,digitization,technologyapplication,systemicfixes,analytics,automationandproductivityacrossSupplyChain(withLogistics,Procurement,Manufacturing).
• OwnGiveGetsProcesswithMulti-functionsandServiceLevelAgreementwithInternationalmarkets.
