A leading healthcare company in Malaysia seeks an individual to manage operational tickets and support production environments. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, and familiarity with software programming, databases, and cloud architectures is advantageous. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. This role involves daily communications with teams in the US and EU, emphasizing problem-solving and strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment. This position requires physical presence at the workplace.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 1-2 years of working experience in SRE environment is a plus.
- Ability to work closely with US and EU teams.
Responsabilités
- Manage and resolve daily operational tickets.
- Coordinate software and application deployments.
- Monitor and support production environments.
- Support escalated issues from front-line technicians.
- Analyze system performance and implement optimizations.
- Develop tools and automation for workflows.
- Manage access provisioning and enforce security best practices.
- Maintain positive communications with all stakeholders.
