Job summary

A telecommunications solutions provider is seeking an experienced Account Director to drive sales in the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years in the Telecommunications sector, with at least 7 years focused on selling to Communication Service Providers. You will be responsible for developing key relationships, executing sales strategies, and driving the entire quote to cash process for the company's network solutions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience in selling products and solutions to CSPs.
  • 15+ years in Telecommunications/Networks sector.
  • Expert knowledge of major B2B sales methodology.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of Global Networks solutions in APAC region.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Define and execute sales strategies and business plans.

The Role:

Infovista is looking to hire an Account Director to drive our business in the APAC region. The successful candidate will be sales and business development activities of Infovista’s entire Global Networks portfolio including Network Testing, Network Planning, and Automated Assurance in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales of Infovista’s Global Networks solutions in APAC region, with ownership of entire quote to cash process
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all major customers and prospects in the region
  • Definition and execution of Account sales strategies and business plans to drive growth and profitability
  • Develop qualified pipeline, and provide accurate forecast
  • Oversee Marketing and Demand Generation activities
  • Drive VARs and channel partners to maximize coverage, and grow sales
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years experience in selling products and solutions to CSPs and related businesses
  • 15+ years of total experience in Telecommunications/Networks sector
  • Bachelors in Engineering, IT or Business studies
  • Knowledge of Network Testing, Planning, Optimization, Monitoring and Performance Management solutions
  • Expert knowledge and practical experience of at least one major B2B sales methodology
  • Track record of effective engagement with senior executives
  • Ability to travel within the APAC region to meet with customers and VARs / channel partners
Skills:
  • Ability to assess customer requirements, identify business problems, and show proposed solutions
  • Ability to influence by communicating ideas and technical concepts effectively
  • Ability to adapt, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
