A leading beverage company located in Malaysia is seeking a talent acquisition specialist to execute recruitment and employer branding initiatives. This role involves building strong talent pipelines, engaging storytelling, and creating digital content to enhance the employer brand. The ideal candidate has a background in recruitment or employer branding, strong communication, and the ability to creatively convey the company culture. The position is based in Petaling Jaya with options to work at various locations.

In this role, you will execute recruitment and employer branding activities to attract talent across the organization. You will help bring our company culture and values to life through engaging storytelling, digital content, and on‑ground initiatives that strengthen our visibility as an employer of choice.
You will contribute to a positive hiring experience by executing recruitment activities, supporting talent attraction efforts, and executing employer branding campaigns that reinforce our EVP and enhance our ability to attract the right talent at every level.
