The Flexi Group seeks a personable Community Officer to enhance member experience, drive events, and support operations across flexible workspaces in Asia Pacific and Australia.

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Support basic administration, data entry, invoice handling, and monthly report data retrieval.
• Deliver a personalised, friendly, and high-quality member experience with excellent communication skills.
• Develop relationships with members, proactively understanding their needs and improving member experience.
• Resolve member-related issues to foster a collaborative community.
• Assist members moving in and out, including carrying boxes, IT support, and room setup.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the space, including basic maintenance and pantry management.
• Respond to quality control checks and liaise with the New Projects team on maintenance and space improvements.
• Conduct location tours for potential members and pass leads to senior sales team members.
• Attend and support internal events; create and execute community-related events with senior and events team support.
• Escalate leads for collaborations and partnerships to the Manager.
• Support social media activities, create engaging content, and capture imagery of office spaces and events.
• Keep calendars and notice boards updated.
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
• Work on personal growth to benefit yourself, your team, and the business.

The company is looking for:

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, events, business operations, or sales; fresh graduates considered.
• University degree holder preferred.
• Ability to connect well with people; friendly and approachable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
• Reliable, self-driven, able to work independently and in teams.
• Experience with Google Drive and Excel is an advantage.
• Native English speaker; additional languages are a plus.
