Overview

PERNIAGAAN A.S.' is seeking an experienced and skilled Site Supervisor to join our growing team in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and supervising the work of construction crews, including subcontractors
• Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays
• Ensuring adherence to all health, safety and environmental regulations
• Liaising with project managers, architects and clients to provide updates and address concerns
• Overseeing the proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment and materials
• Providing guidance and training to construction workers as needed
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the project

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering or related course
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction management role
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and motivate construction teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
• Working knowledge of construction methods, materials and safety regulations
