The Flexi Group seeks a personable Community Officer to enhance member experience, drive events, and support operations across flexible workspaces in Asia Pacific and Australia.
Your role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Support basic administration, data entry, invoice handling, and monthly report data retrieval.
- Deliver a personalised, friendly, and high-quality member experience with excellent communication skills.
- Develop relationships with members, proactively understanding their needs and improving member experience.
- Resolve member-related issues to foster a collaborative community.
- Assist members moving in and out, including carrying boxes, IT support, and room setup.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the space, including basic maintenance and pantry management.
- Respond to quality control checks and liaise with the New Projects team on maintenance and space improvements.
- Conduct location tours for potential members and pass leads to senior sales team members.
- Attend and support internal events; create and execute community-related events with senior and events team support.
- Escalate leads for collaborations and partnerships to the Manager.
- Support social media activities, create engaging content, and capture imagery of office spaces and events.
- Keep calendars and notice boards updated.
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
- Work on personal growth to benefit yourself, your team, and the business.
About you
The company is looking for:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, events, business operations, or sales; fresh graduates considered.
- University degree holder preferred.
- Ability to connect well with people; friendly and approachable.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- Reliable, self-driven, able to work independently and in teams.
- Experience with Google Drive and Excel is an advantage.
- Native English speaker; additional languages are a plus.
