We are seeking full-time, home-based Compliance Research Analysts with professional fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese. This role demands exceptional analytical rigor, critical thinking, and linguistic precision. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive due diligence research, evaluating potential compliance risks, and consolidating multilingual data into structured intelligence reports.

All shortlisted applicants will be required to complete a preliminary analytical and translation assessment prior to the interview stage.

• Conduct comprehensive investigative research on entities and individuals to uncover potential reputational, regulatory, and financial risks.
• Leverage advanced online databases, corporate registries, and open-source intelligence (OSINT) tools for information collection and validation.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative data analysis, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and contextual relevance in all reporting outputs.
• Translate and summarize business and legal documents from Mandarin to English, maintaining terminological precision and confidentiality.
• Prepare high-standard analytical reports aligned with internal compliance protocols and client specifications.
• Manage urgent and high-priority assignments while maintaining quality and adherence to deadlines.
• Support the Compliance team with ad hoc investigative and monitoring requests as required.

• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and online research tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical reasoning capabilities.
• Working knowledge of corporate structures, financial disclosures, and due diligence principles preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Must possess a reliable computer system and stable internet connection.
• Full professional fluency in Mandarin and English (reading and writing).
• Working schedule: Monday to Friday, with a half-day on Saturday.
• A background in law, journalism, translation, or risk analysis is a significant advantage.
