  • Performance Management: Design and build a new division KPI from scratch.
  • Engagement Maestro: Organize team games, townhall, and more to keep everyone engaged.
  • HR Metrics Maven: Use data and past mistakes to find the right direction.
  • HR Leadership: Start independently then build and grow the team.
Remote Work Requirements
