Site Project Lead - Civil & Construction Excellence
Job summary
A construction firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure project standards. The successful applicant will coordinate work, conduct inspections, and maintain quality while managing site teams. Candidates should possess a diploma or degree in civil engineering with 5-6 years in structural and architectural environments. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, and knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus. Transportation to sites is necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in Structural and Architectural.
- Own transport required for site travel.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Site Supervisors for daily operations.
- Plan and monitor work progress to meet project timelines.
- Liaise with project managers and subcontractors to ensure alignment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance and safety.
