Responsibilities

• Contributing to the concept and design development of projects.
• Lead the design department and facilitate brainstorming sessions.
• Provide expert design advice and mentor junior designers.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Attend site meetings and conduct inspections.
