As an Expert Strategy Consultant, you are at the center: you develop strategies, start new business models, and guide our clients through complex digital transformations – from the first idea to the global roll-out.

Your preferred location isn’t listed? No matter if you live in the countryside or in another city – we\'ll find a solution. With us, you have the option to work remotely from anywhere in Germany.

• You develop Digital Commercial Excellence strategies for Marketing, Sales & Service – with a clear business impact.
• You design future-ready operating models that anchor technologies like Adobe, Salesforce, SAP, or Spryker sustainably within organizations.
• You build digital business models and platform strategies for international markets and support their implementation.
• You manage transformation programs – with change management, clear KPIs, and a strong focus on ROI.
• You work closely with C-level and business units, presenting in pitches, at events, and in thought-leadership formats.
• You bring at least 5 years of experience in strategy consulting or digital projects in a B2B industrial or automotive environment.
• You understand industry dynamics and value chains – and know how digital sales and service processes work.
• You have a proven track record in digital transformation and change management.
• You are passionate about technologies, platforms, and AI in the B2B context.
• You impress with strong analytical skills and clear communication – both at C-level and within the team.
