Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field or equivalent technical certification.
Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering with semiconductor equipment.
Proficiency in operating and maintaining DieSaw, Package Saw, WBG/Mounter, AOI equipment.
Responsabilités
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various semiconductor equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
Provide technical support to production teams to minimize disruptions.
Analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Train and mentor junior staff on equipment operation and maintenance.
