Program Management Senior Officer / Officer
  • Diploma / Degree in Business, Management, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with ERP systems and project tracking tools (an added advantage)
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • A proactive team player who can work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and grow into a project management role
  • Help plan, monitor, and manage project timelines and deliverables
  • Work with different departments to gather and combine project updates
  • Track and update project status, outstanding tasks, and key milestones
  • Prepare and organize project documents like BOMs, schedules, trial reports, and NPI checklists
  • Assist in creating documentation for RFQ, trial runs, and mass-production plans
  • Support customer communications about project schedules and deliverables
  • Follow up on customer requests, feedback, and action items
  • Keep an eye on shipment timelines and coordinate with logistics
  • Help track payment progress and assist with necessary follow-ups
  • Join internal and client project review meetings and take notes when needed
  • Maintain project records and databases for audit and traceability
