Responsibilities
  • Handle customer calls and emails in a polite, professional manner

  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product-related issues

  • Update, maintain, and manage customer information in the system

  • Provide quick and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent

Work Schedule
  • 6 working days per week

  • Rotational shifts:

    6 AM–3 PM | 7 AM–4 PM | 8 AM–5 PM | 9 AM–6 PM | 10 AM–7 PM |
    11 AM–8 PM | 12 PM–9 PM | 1 PM–10 PM | 3 PM–12 AM |
    5 PM–3 AM | 10 PM–6 AM
