A customer service company in Malaysia is seeking Customer Support Executives to assist customers with inquiries and complaints. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and a customer-oriented mindset. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Handle customer calls and emails in a polite, professional manner
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product-related issues
Update, maintain, and manage customer information in the system
Provide quick and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
Minimum SPM or equivalent
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written)
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Customer‑oriented mindset with a positive attitude
6 working days per week
Rotational shifts:
6 AM–3 PM | 7 AM–4 PM | 8 AM–5 PM | 9 AM–6 PM | 10 AM–7 PM |
11 AM–8 PM | 12 PM–9 PM | 1 PM–10 PM | 3 PM–12 AM |
5 PM–3 AM | 10 PM–6 AM
