Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Configuration Management, Requirements Management, or Document Control within engineering or infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with CM and RM standards.
  • Experience in regulated or safety‑critical environments (rail, transportation, oil & gas, utilities) is an advantage.

  • Develop and implement the Configuration Management Plan, processes, and strategy.
  • Control document registration, versioning, distribution, and archiving.

Your Role – Impactful, Meaningful And Future-Oriented
Requirements Management
  • Plan, implement, and maintain project requirements in the RM tool.
  • Capture and analyse requirements from all stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance, integrity, and traceability of requirements.
  • Monitor and report RM status to stakeholders.
  • Conduct reviews and prepare verification and baseline reports.
Configuration Management
  • Develop and implement the Configuration Management Plan, processes, and strategy.
  • Identify, list, and baseline all configuration items (hardware, software, and documents).
  • Manage changes through formal control, including CCBs, impact analysis, and approvals.
  • Track, report, and maintain the status and compliance of all configuration items.
  • Conduct audits and verify items against documentation, baselines, and standards.
Document Control
  • Act as a Senior Document Controller.
  • Control document registration, versioning, distribution, and archiving.
  • Ensure proper document classification, approval, and release.
  • Support internal and external audits with controlled records.
Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Configuration Management, Requirements Management, or Document Control within engineering or infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with CM and RM standards.
  • Experience with requirements management and document control tools (e.g., DOORS, Teamcenter, SharePoint, or similar tools).
  • Experience in regulated or safety‑critical environments (rail, transportation, oil & gas, utilities) is an advantage.
