Qualifications

  • University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English with communicative proficiency in Mandarin.
  • Demonstrated experience in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) industry.
  • Significant experience in customer-facing technical support roles.

Responsibilities

  • Develop knowledge of Siemens DISW MES software and resolve problems.
  • Manage the problem resolution lifecycle and set customer expectations.
  • Prepare and deliver technical papers and presentations.
  • Guide junior support engineers and demonstrate independent judgment.
  • Provide weekly rotating 24/7 on-call support.
