Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Healthcare Field Service Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining or installing medical imaging equipment.
• Confident in engaging with customers on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute all service activities coordinated through the Customer Care Center (CCC).
• Perform installations, start-ups, maintenance, repair, and updates on products.
• Ensure all service actions are completed efficiently and accurately.
