Apply now for the Customer Service Engineer (Angio/ CT Scan/ MRI) position and play a key role in the Malaysia team. You will perform critical service activities on cutting-edge medical imaging systems. In this role, you will ensure system uptime, provide high-quality technical support, and help deliver an outstanding customer experience to our Customers.

Your Role:

Service Delivery

  • You will execute all service activities coordinated through the Customer Care Center (CCC), including service incidents, installation, corrective service, preventive maintenance and system modification on demand (UI).
  • You are responsible for performing installations, start-ups, maintenance, repair, and updates on products within your area of expertise and support other products lines under supervision.
  • You will ensure all service actions are completed efficiently, accurately, and according to Siemens Healthineers’ standards.
  • You will follow the SERVOR Service process to ensure high-quality process execution and documentation.
  • You will escalate technical incidents to the Regional Support Center (RSC) in accordance with defined guidelines and keep the CCC informed of all escalation matters.
  • You will report customer complaints promptly and ensure proper documentation through CCC.
Compliance & Tools
  • You will use all tools and test equipment responsibly and ensure accurate reporting in service-related documentation.
  • You will maintain and promote the highest levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism within the framework of Siemens Healthineers Customer Services.
Your Expertise:
  • You have minimum 2 – 5 years of experience in Healthcare Field Service Engineering.
  • You have hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining or installing medical imaging equipment such as Angiography, MRI, CT scan and X-Ray systems.
  • You hold a successfully completed Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Biomedical or Electrical & Electronics is preferred) – OR Diploma/ Advance Diploma with strong technical background in related fields.
  • You are confident in engaging with customer on-site.
  • You have a strong learning mindset with the ability to adapt quickly.
  • You possess good command of English and local language(s).
  • You willing to travel extensively for on-call support.
