As we expand regionally, we are looking for a highly driven, hands-on Group CFO to lead our financial strategy and drive business performance. Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute financial strategy in line with business growth and transformation goals.
2. Lead budgeting, forecasting, capital structure, treasury, tax, legal, and investor relations.
3. Monitor financial performance and provide insights to optimize cost, efficiency, and profitability.
4. Drive funding, investment, and M&A initiatives to support business expansion.
5. Ensure full compliance with Bursa Malaysia listing requirements and all financial regulations.
6. Lead and mentor the finance team, cultivating a high-performance and collaborative culture.
7. Leverage ERP and data analytics tools to identify improvements, enhance agility, and support decision-making across departments.
8. Support financial matters related to motor vehicle assembly operations and cross-entity activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance or Accounting with ACCA / CIMA qualification; must be a member of MIA.
• Minimum 15 years' working experience, including at least 5 years in a senior finance role.
• Must have experience in manufacturing, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Public-listed company experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, risk control, Bursa Malaysia and SC regulations.
• Effective leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
• Willing to travel locally and abroad when required.
