We’re looking for a dependable and experienced Accounts Executive to manage full-spectrum accounting functions — from payables and receivables to monthly closing and reporting — while contributing to our financial integrity and long-term sustainability.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handle Full Set of Accounts: Take charge of the full accounting cycle with precision and consistency.
• Monitor and manage the billing system
• Perform account reconciliations
• Maintain AR files and reports, including Expected Credit Loss (ECL)
• Generate monthly aging reports and statements of account
• Investigate and resolve any irregularities or discrepancies
• Support financial management and analysis
• Manage the entire AP process
• Maintain accurate records of expenditures
• Respond to vendor invoices and resolve payment issues
• Ensure all payments comply with company policies and timelines
• Process payments promptly and accurately

Monthly Closing & Reporting:

• Prepare monthly financial reports, including relevant notes to the accounts
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly account closing
• Maintain proper supporting documentation and schedules for review

Other Responsibilities:

• Reconcile inter-company balances and transactions
• Liaise with statutory auditors and tax agents for audit and tax matters
• Assist in the preparation of additional financial schedules and reports as required

Minimum CAT / Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent

At least 3 years of experience in a similar accounting role

Strong in financial reporting and monthly closing processes

Good command of analytical and mathematical skills

Meticulous with excellent time management and organizational skills

Independent, responsible, and a strong team player with a positive attitude

Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English
