An established industry player is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage a full set of accounts and guide junior team members. This role involves liaising with clients and auditors, preparing financial reports, and enhancing processes. Handle a full set of accounts and ensure timely monthly and yearly closing.
Review the work of junior team members and provide guidance.
Liaise with clients, auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries.
Prepare financial reports to support client decision-making.
Respond professionally to client queries, feedback, and complaints.
Assist management in process improvement and team supervision.
Requirements
Possess a full or partial professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent), or a Degree in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or audit, preferably in an accounting firm.
Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and procedures.
Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently and in a team.
Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, as the role may involve communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
