Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare timely and accurate monthly financial and management reports.
• Manage and prepare a full set of accounts, including monthly reconciliations.
• Work closely with the audit firm to prepare audit reports.
• Liaise with external parties such as tax agents, company secretaries, bankers, and government officials.
• Assist in the day-to-day operations and activities of the accounts department.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin (both written and spoken).
• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting, LCCI, or ACCA certification.
• Required skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, and SQL Accounting Software.
• At least 4 years of relevant working experience.
• Tax experience is an advantage.
• Must be proactive, independent, meticulous, and responsible.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
