Job summary
A global market leader in electrification is seeking a qualified individual for a technical support role. You will prepare and oversee commercial proposals while ensuring customer satisfaction for a variety of electrical products. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and 6–8 years of relevant experience, particularly related to Data Center projects. Strong communication and cross-functional team management skills are essential. This role supports the APAC region and offers a hybrid work model.
Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in site management and field service engineering.
- Extensive knowledge of Data Center project technical aspects.
- Ability to manage escalations and support local operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare competitive commercial proposals and ensure cost accuracy.
- Oversee estimations and proposals according to company standards.
- Support APAC local team on proposals for global key customers.
- Manage escalations and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Collaborate across divisions to ensure customer satisfaction.
