A leading technology company in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Leader for their Energy Industries division. You will develop and implement sales strategies while managing a skilled team to achieve defined sales targets. The ideal candidate should have 10-15 years of experience in the energy sector, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong background in structured sales processes. This role is hybrid and requires excellent communication skills in English and ASEAN languages.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain an effective Energy Industries sales strategy within the Southeast Asia (SEA) regional market scope, to improve ABB’s market presence and realize growth aspirations. Each day, you will define, plan, lead, and ensure the execution of sales strategies to meet both qualitative and quantitative sales targets for products, systems, and services, ensuring sustainable order growth, revenue, profitability, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your leadership skills by directing, developing, and coaching the Sales organization (sales managers and specialists within scope) to meet sales targets through effective team management.
