A global market leader in energy solutions is seeking a Sales Leader for the SEA region. In this role, you will develop sales strategies, lead a team, and ensure customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have 10–15 years of experience in the Energy Industries, with strong leadership and negotiation skills. An Engineering or Business degree is essential, along with proficiency in English and other ASEAN languages. This Position reports to:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain an effective Energy Industries sales strategy within the Southeast Asia (SEA) regional market scope, to improve ABB’s market presence and realize growth aspirations. Each day, you will define, plan, lead, and ensure the execution of sales strategies to meet both qualitative and quantitative sales targets for products, systems, and services, ensuring sustainable order growth, revenue, profitability, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your leadership skills by directing, developing, and coaching the Sales organization (sales managers and specialists within scope) to meet sales targets through effective team management.

This role contributes to the Energy Industries Business Area in the SEA Region. Main stakeholders include EPCs, asset owners, developers, and government entities.
