Responsibilities:
You will take charge of customer’s sports equipment by providing support in assessing and identifying issues with their equipment either in-person or remotely.
You constantly provide high-quality services and guarantee the safety of your customers with their repaired equipment
To repair, maintain, and personalize customer equipment with the right tools to guarantee good quality execution of the job.
To ensure safety for members, team mates and and also at store level while handling all types of equipment.
To prepare and secure physical and digital stock for future and current sales.
You are proactive with your customers, promoting a sustainable and safe use of their sports equipment
To know all related products/services that we offer to have a better understanding of customers needs.
To interact with customers on all available channels to assist on current future needs with their equipment.
You empathize with customer/member’s needs, and you maintain a positive attitude.
You propose and sell add-on services to facilitate the sports equipment
