Job summary

A leading management company in Johor is seeking a technician to perform maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in a technical field and 1-2 years of experience. Responsibilities include installation and inspection of equipment, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting engineers with technical tasks. Benefits include a competitive salary between RM3,000 and RM3,500 and a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Basic knowledge of machinery operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Willing to work shifts or overtime when required.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 6:30pm

  • Perform routine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of machinery and equipment.
  • Assist in installation, setup, and calibration of new machines or systems.
  • Conduct inspections to identify faults and ensure proper functionality.
  • Support engineers and supervisors in technical tasks and improvement projects.
  • Record and report maintenance activities, findings, and corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Maintain tools, spare parts, and equipment in good working condition.
  • Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
