Requirements

• Minimal SPM encouraged to apply, Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 1–2 years of site experience (Fresh grads are welcome to apply)
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
• Preferably Male candidates
• Must possess own transport and willing to travel/outstation if needed

Responsibility

• Monitor and coordinate daily site activities to ensure progress and quality
• Liaise with contractors, workers, suppliers, and internal team
• Supervise workmanship and conduct basic quality control
• Assist with defect checking and minor touch-up/fix work
• Ensure cleanliness and site safety during renovation works
• Support Interior Designer for design execution on-site
• Report site updates to the Project Manager
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks related to site matters
