A leading furniture company in Malaysia is seeking a creative professional to develop and lead the overall creative direction for its brand. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, overseeing visual content creation for digital campaigns, and managing social media efforts. The ideal candidate should possess a professional qualification in graphic design or a related field, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience. This role offers a dynamic environment for innovative thinkers passionate about design.
1. Develop and lead the overall creative direction for the furniture brand, ensuring consistent visual identity across all marketing and product materials.
2. Conduct market research on furniture trends, competitor designs, customer preferences, and industry aesthetics to guide creative strategies.
3. Oversee creation of visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, showrooms, branding, print materials, packaging, and presentations.
4. Manage social media content and digital branding efforts to enhance the company’s online presence within the furniture market.
5. Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, email campaigns, and advertisements.
6. Work closely with Marketing, Product, Communications, and Sales teams to align creative work with business goals. Support event planning, sponsorships, and promotional activities.
7. Liaise with external vendors, designers, photographers, and printers to ensure timely and cost-effective production of marketing and design materials.
8. Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
9. Ensure all visual content meets quality standards and aligns with the brand’s tone, style, and design guidelines.
10. Assist in developing partnership campaigns, influencer collaborations, and brand awareness activities to enhance the company’s visibility in the furniture market.
11. Perform any other tasks assigned by the management related to the role.
