• Responsible to develop new test solutions for high volume optical components.
• Lead the development of test solutions for optical components for high volume manufacturing.
• In charge to characterize optical functionalities like MTF, color homogeneity, contrast etc.
• Responsible to develop new optical test methodologies, test specifications, test equipment, test programs and test automation in close collaboration with internal teams, customers and equipment suppliers.
• In charge to optimize test program, test yield and test throughput via test data analysis.
• The test equipment and test solution needs to be developed during the product development phase, set up during the NPI phase and finally transferred to high volume manufacturing.

• BSc/MSC/Ph.D Degree in Photonics /Optics/ Physics / Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 5-10 year experience in the optical testing field with hands-on experience on test development, optical characterization and test automation.
• Knowledge in Optical test & characterization methods and optical metrology and test automation.
• Skills in Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA), SPC, FMEA, problem solving methods.
• Good to have: Experience in programming e.g. Python or C++.
• Good to have: Experience in image analysis and image processing.
