Responsibilities
Financial Operations
- Maintain proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping of all finance-related materials.
- Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely monthly financial and management reports.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of balances.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) transactions, including invoice verification, processing, and posting.
- Maintain the payable ledger and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
Stakeholder Support
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory bodies as required.
- Support the team in responding to internal and external financial queries.
- Work closely with other departments (HR, Legal, Operations, Investments) to ensure smooth financial processes and timely communication.
General Administration
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Finance function.
- Assist in ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by senior executives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 1–4 years of working experience in finance/accounting is preferred; fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic (or Good) understanding of accounting principles.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
- Ability to communicate in English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage, particularly for collaboration with GBA and ASEAN counterparts
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
