Overview

There are a few shared services hub globally and Cyberjaya is one of the key finance and accounting competency center and part of that shared service is the Deal Desk Program- Sales Commission team. As a Sales Compensation Analyst you will be responsible for handling sensitive commission information for sales makers to ensue they are compensated accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

This position will require close interaction with Sales Operations & Supports, Sales, Accounting, Human Resources & Payroll, and other financial organizations within Quest

Work tasks to perform and complete:

  • Monthly close activities - addressing compensation queries from sales makers, preparation of sales commission accrual and administer actual sales commission payout
  • Ad hoc / As needed basis – build and administer sales compensation framework, and assist in ad hoc analysis

Engage in process standardization & simplification:

  • Work with team members in continuously review and improve existing processes for team efficiency and effectiveness
  • Work with relative business partners to streamline business processes and addresses potential issues that affect commission matters

-Perform or support any audit and control testing as necessary

-Maintain compliance with corporate accounting policy and ensure consistent process across the region and globally

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in finance/business administration or professional qualification

-Minimum working experience of 3+ years and above, preferably in MNC

-Good communication and presentation skills

-Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills

-Strong time management and organization skills with the ability to multi-task

-Results-oriented, flexible, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and a team player

-Able to work independently and communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff

-Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint etc). Oracle user knowledge is an added advantage.
