Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Johor Bahru is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies. You will work closely with hiring managers and manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding candidates. Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources and 2-4 years of experience in recruitment. This position may require travel to Singapore for training.

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies that align with our business objectives. You will engage with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and collaborate closely with them throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the hiring needs of the organization
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and define candidate profiles
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate onboarding
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and talent availability
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
