Résumé du poste
A leading global food producer is seeking a professional in Kuala Lumpur for configuring and deploying SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in SAP SF/HCM implementations and strong knowledge in HR business processes. The role offers a competitive salary up to RM 15,000, medical coverage for families, and performance bonuses. Candidates fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese are highly desirable, and experience within the F&B industry is preferred.

Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
- Strong ability to improve HR operational processes globally.
- Experience or certification in EC, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits is an advantage.
Responsabilités
- Execute configuration and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Analyze business requirements and improve business processes.
- Lead integration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors.
