Job summary
A local resource company in Negeri Sembilan is seeking a detail-oriented administrative staff to manage records, generate reports, and oversee inventory. Ideal candidates are encouraged to apply, especially fresh graduates. This full-time role requires strong PC skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently. The offered salary ranges from RM 1,800 to RM 2,000 monthly, alongside other benefits like EPF, SOCSO, and bonus.

Responsibilities
- Maintain records on spare parts and stock.
- Prepare breakdown reports for management.
- Generate weekly and monthly equipment reports.
- Schedule services for forklift and compressor.
- Manage and keep records of all machinery in the storeroom.
Skills
Education
- Maintain records on spare parts, stock, and follow up on relevant purchase orders.
- Check and provide breakdown reports to management.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports of all equipment.
- Generate reports of maintenance activities.
- Schedule forklift and compressor for services.
- Be in charge of the store room and keep up-to-date records of all machinery items.
- Sort and file documents.
- Undertake any other assignments as and when required.
- Possess PC knowledge; competent with Microsoft Word and Office.
- Willing to learn and able to work independently.
- Able to work under minimal supervision.
- Must be willing to work in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.
- Candidate must possess at least an SPM (or equivalent).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
