A leading electronic components manufacturer in Malaysia is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, including budgeting, compliance, and team management. Candidates should have strong analytical skills in financial statements, leadership experience, and preferably be proficient in Japanese. Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Handle budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting in a manufacturing environment.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and support audit processes.
• Lead and manage the finance team (1 Assistant Manager + 4 staff).
• Oversee General Affairs and HR team (5 staff).
