We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at the Thistle Port Dickson Resort. As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving financial performance.
This is a full-time position based in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan.
- Manage all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and MICE
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue growth
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures to ensure profitability
- Lead, motivate, and develop a talented team of food and beverage professionals
- Collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless cross-functional operations
- Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety in all food and beverage areas
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency
- Thorough understanding of food and beverage trends, as well as health, safety, and licensing regulations
