Bhd. is seeking a talented Customer Service and Operations professional to join our dynamic team in Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed efficiently and effectively, as well as managing their overall customer experience.

What you'll be doing
  • Responding to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email and other communication channels in a friendly and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and timely information to clients regarding education services-related matters
  • Handling customer complaints and escalating issues to the appropriate team members when necessary
  • Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and following up on outstanding issues
  • Managing the scheduling of sessions and checking up weekly on all the students' progress
  • Assisting with various operational tasks to support the efficient running of the business
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or operations role, preferably within a premium sector role such as hospitality at a 5-star luxury hotel or premium concierge service with high net-worth clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with high net-worth clients and colleagues
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with using customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive, friendly and professional demeanour at all times
