We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at the Thistle Port Dickson Resort. As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving financial performance.

This is a full-time position based in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and MICE
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue growth
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures to ensure profitability
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a talented team of food and beverage professionals
  • Collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless cross-functional operations
  • Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety in all food and beverage areas
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
What we're looking for
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Thorough understanding of food and beverage trends, as well as health, safety, and licensing regulations
